We are RECLAIM HEALTHCARE WNC, a volunteer led grassroots coalition of physicians, nurses, elected officials, clergy, attorneys, business leaders, and community representatives who are organizing and engaging in a campaign to:
Replace Healthcare Corporation of America (HCA) with a non-profit owner committed to meeting the healthcare needs of the people of WNC
Hold HCA accountable for their harmful culture and practices
Restore best in class care throughout Mission Health
We are committed to demonstrating our unwavering support for healthcare workers and commitment to holding HCA accountable through community empowerment and restoration of the covenant between healthcare providers and the community.
We are prepared for a sustained campaign. The quality of our healthcare should not be publicly traded.
